i was like that too. man.. it was very tough initially..

you need to each lots (at least FIVE times a day). and that doesn't mean junk food. healthy stuff.. fish, lean meat, chicken, etc... drink lots of water (8 cups a day). while you're doing this, you should hit the gym 3-5 times a week to turn that extra weight into muscle! do this for 6 months straight and you'll gain 20-30 lbs. it's all about consistansy.. you can't slack off because you're too busy.
