1) for those that ordered reports on domains that aren't their own (ie. competitors) the way they are using it is to find who are the good affiliates to attract to their program. they aren't "stealing" affilaites..affiliates promote many different programs.. and t3report is a tool that helps them locate some good afiiliates to target. no one has ever came up with the idea of using traffic analysis as extortion until now.... quite an odd thinking. now if someone ordered a report on a traffic broker, and then tried to use the info to show they have chinese traffic.. well, that would surely make some interesting drama.

2) no.. because when someone orders a report, that info is held confidential. i have had some suggested that they would like to pay to know who did order a report on them, and i said that is confidential info.
