ok, im a pro at this.

eat otameal, peanut butter, bananas, honey, etc. also you want to eat tons of protein and milk. whole milk.

if you dont workout you'll jsut get a phat gut.

i put on 30 pounds when i first joined the miltary on that diet. icq me and i'll tell you more
