Hi xlogger,

Plenty of carbs (for training / energy) so potatoes, bread, pasta, rice, fruits, cereals.

Plenty of protein (to help you grow) so meats, dairy produce etc.

Minimal fats (burgers, chips, sweets etc.).

Plenty of sleep which should give you ample energy to train hard also.

You will grow if you follow the above.
