Read my post again.
The forum part of GFY (that is, the posts by members) will not fall under 2257 because of the clause exempting forums and search engines. Google is exempt but they would not be if they started having explicit images in their ad area.
GFY would not be liable for an explicit picture posted by a member in the forum area, but a hardcore banner at the top of the page they
would be liable for.
