Hell id settle for FLA right now. A friend of mine just retired from the NYPD and bought a house in the West Palm area. Hell she might even let me borrow the car to drive to Miami for for a few hours.... Or more lol

Living in the middle of a cow pasture in Kentucky ive seen my share of storms already this year. tornadoes too. So you all can have em. We dont need no steenkin' storms! They are pretty tho

Its first 3 months rent, last 2 months rent and 3 months rent as a deposit.
