I think I saw a pre-registrer banner here on gfy?!!
You did. They discussed it at the legal seminar at Cybernet too. One of the attornies said that once you register a .xxx domain you can't keep doing business with your .com, or something like that. Anyway, I'm going to ask my attorney about it.

what in the fuck now?
Nah, no way they can enforce that and no point.. they'd lose out on all the "protection" sales from people never going to use .xxx but still not letting a leech sit on their site name xxx domain.

Don't post stupid shit like that without proof. It makes you look like an idiot... big tits or not.

Surely you either misheard him or he was misinformed.
Such an insinuation would have been ripped apart ad nauseum here at GFY

I look like an idiot for repeating what someone else said and then saying that I'm going to ask my own attorney for clarification?!?!

There was an attorney who did get "ripped apart" on GFY after the seminar. I think he might have been the same attorney who said that, although I'm not positive. That's why I'm going to ask my own attorney.

I think it goes without saying that everyone will contact there own counsel when this gets a little closer so discussion at this point is all presumptive.
