You need to have your host enable MOD_GEOIP, then you need the database (they have a freeone, but it isn't as good as the paid one) then you need the Java API.Originally posted by sickkittens

There is no "easy way" to do it, unless you use some sort of sponsor's existing filter (like most dialer programs have).
