Well, a link to the paysite statement is not complying. You need that info on your site (could be a provided info from your sponsors, according to the law) + an unique ID for that exact gallery (could be your gallery URL) + when you published the gallery (make that republished).Originally posted by ffmihai
If you're hosted in US, and/or your sponsors require it, I would comply as far as possible. At least with HC stuff. 99% of the effort is record-keeping, which you obviously don't need, so with some simple php includes, its not that bad.
