LOL 1st call they always cant do anything or its some other department that is out for the day..
2nd call they repeat the first call , but seem to help a little they Make a few promises that dont followed up on..
3rd call is to deal with the false promises they gave with the second call.
4th call is to make sure they are doing what they promised in calls 2&4..
5th call usually they have everything fixed and everyone apologizes for getting so worked up.
