    The US Dream Team myth is dead

    "The dream team myth is dead," Germany forward Dirk Nowitzki said. "It's just a selection of NBA players. They are not unbeatable any more."

    After that 95-78 route with Italy, their biggest loss since NBA players participate in international competition proved to show some loophole in their game. Still, they remain the number one favorite to win it all in Athens.

                  The problem with the US team now days is it isn't the dream team. We get the fuckheads who want to sell Jerseys and have no intention of playing hard team ball or any idea of how to play as a team. Its a disgrace that our top players are too self absorbed to go represent our country in the one sport we should ALWAYS dominate.

                  We would've been better off sending one of the playoff teams to represent us.

                  All these young guys along with fuckhead Allen Iverson. No dream team there. They couldn't beat any of the last 4 teams in the NBA playoffs.

                      The problem isn't that the U.S. Olympic team lacks practice time. The problem is that America's finest players come together now without any foundational team-oriented skills. It won't work if 12 guys shout, "Hey, do what we do!" and then proceed to do 12 different things on the court. Five guys can't all expect to be saved by "help" defense on every possession.

                              All these young fucks have no idea how to play with the rules being used as well. They're out there looking for calls that YOU WILL NOT GET. Its much rougher ball than what they're used to. Thats why Karl Malone loved Olympic ball so much. He could push people around and smash people without foul calls. Its a different game and these pretty boy pre-madonna bitches that we disgracefully call the US Olympic team can't handle it. They're all off their game.

                                      After the game with Italy, Iverson was quoted saying they lost the game for they just don't communicate well on defense.

                                      Communication? Is Allen Iverson talking about communication? The next thing we know, he'll want extra practice time.
