If you promote them then you'll knowingly work with known cheaters and will send a message to all thieves that it's OK to fuck honest webmasters out of payment, as long as they come back and apologize for it. Not to mention that they'll most likely do it again and fuck you over as well. Once a thief, always a thief. Be sensible about this one, rip their heads off and shit down their necks!

Crockett... I hope you took the time to read that thread last night. We did right all the wrongs, we paid everyone, webmasters, designer and model what was owed to them. We do not owe anyone a dime. In fact... the people with rebill issues, we paid them back double on what they lost and all were happy with that. Everyone is and has been paid.

Anyways, there is no way I can cheat. I do not run anything with any of the finanicals with Perfection Cash. I do not run or control the ccbill stats.. I have nothing to do with any of it other then to shoot content and promote them. Thats it. Pornkings manages the entire thing.

Even if I wanted to cheat (which I dont nore did I ever have a diliberate desire to do) I couldnt. I do not have controls over any part of it. I shoot content and promote it. It is totally managed by Pornkings.

I did not expect my public apology yesterday to be a one time, fix all statement where everyone would come running back. Im not a fool. My statement was just a place to start and a place to get it all out in the open. I know this will not be an overnight fix and it will take time. I know many will be sceptical and sit back and watch to see what is going to happen. I invite that.

Time will tell if we are on the right track or not. We know we are, but we dont expect everyone to see things the way we do.

Proof is in he pudding guys. If we are not paying people and if people are not getting there rebills it will be very clear and broadcasted all over the world in a matter of weeks, We know this will not happen.

Sales have tripled since all this new broke 8 months ago. Affilaites have been getting paid on time, everytime. Every last rebill has been paid also. We have over tripled our traffic since last Jan annd have grown every month since. Aug will be a record month for us. Right now, Aug 4th... we are only 200 sales behind what we did in July (last month) and our July was huge.

Like I said, my statement was not a "Im really sorry so send me your traffic" It was a sincere apology for mistakes made. If you dont want to send us traffic, cool, I totally understand. The people that are and have restarted with be the folks that prove our good intentions.

Our stats for yesterday were 1:185 over the entire program. Thats the ratios of 8 sites conbined

We have earned affiliates nearly $11,000 already this month and its just the 4th.

Actually, chances are this is a scheme to scam people for even more money. You make good on your debts (still need to hear all about that), you pay people for a while, get a bunch of webmasters to promote you, then run away with a lot more money than first time around. I still wouldn't trust you even if Alan Greenspan guaranteed your operations.

You brought the accusation. If you have been an affiliate and have knowledge then cool. Please explain your experiences. However, if you are talking for someone else then please, leave it for the drama whores that care.

Its been laid out and we have been up front and honest about what happened. Not one person has come forward saying that we didnt take care of everything we needed to. If you can really send traffic and make sales.... awesome, we will hook you up and make sure you are taken care of in grand fashion. We want your business and will do whatever it takes to get it.

Roger knows his shit and has been doing this for 9 years. Longer then most anyone. If he said you are going to get paid, then you will. I have to earn trust... he does not.. and Roger has been earning it for years.

Let do this.. send us traffic... either PPS or Revshare... if we fuck you.. tell everyone. If you convert (which you will) and then, you are paid and taken care of.. tell that also. Seems fair... be our test. There is an Ipod in it for ya... We will not let good intentions go un-rewared.

I, for one, am willing to give him the benefit of the doubt (and the association with Pornkings helps a lot).

We've all made mistakes in this business (fuck knows I'm made more than my share) and we shouldn't be shunned forever over a mistake. Anyone remember when MarcDe's first program had problems? No, because everyone remembers the good he did with ARS....

When you live in a country our CC processors do not process for, you get a dialer. We can not control where are CC processor chooses to accept CC payments from, but we would be foolish to not to try to convert the lost traffic.

If are CC company does not accept CC payments from your country the it is redirected to a dialer. We have no control over where Paycom and CCBill choose to process.

Sykk that is a nice notion, one I agree with.

However, when things are done intentionally it is NOT a mistake. Labeling something a mistake does no make it so. It is the intention and the action that matters.

In this case there was pre-medidated intention of ripping people off. There has been an entire trail of intentional decisions to do the WRONG thing.

The only mistake was being caught.

Make big money on your Domains! Why wait 40 days to get paid with the other guys? Parked.com pays the most for your traffic, and cuts checks twice a month!

You are basing your entire arguement on speculation and half truths. Who have you talked to? Have you talked to me at all about any of these issues? NO We have not have a conversation in over a year and a half.

I NEVER and I mean NEVER intentionally ripped off ONE webmaster, EVER! Please provide me with the "facts" on this issues. Mike, I could hardly get around the admin section to even change pricing infomation let alone figure out how to do the things you are accusing me of. Ask... just ask. Every tech support guy at ccbill.. along with my sales rep will back that up. I never intentionally ripped off a webmaster.... ever! When the situation was found, we corrected and I paid the webmasters that lost the rebills and we paid back triple what they lost. Everyone the stepped forward got paid. We went through that rebill issue with a fine tooth comb. We are clear and paid in full x 3 on that issue. Once again, if you have PROOF otherwsie... please feel free to share.

Ive always paid my debts and made good on everything I can. Once again, if you have proof otherwise, please post it.

As for the underage site. Yes, it happened and I admited to it 2 frinking years ago. The site ran for 4 months nearly 3 years ago. Was it a bad call.. yeah sure.. it was, but never once did I shoot am underage model.

So Mike, lets get this all out in the open. Please present the facts that you claim you have. Not just one sided stories that you heard through the grapevine, but the facts.

People that make accusations like this... in most cases (present company excluded) take the time, do the research and talk to all parties before they throw out accusations such as you have. You have not once approched me and ask.. "Jeff... wtf is going on?" so how can you even began to to say you have "facts" You have second hand information at best. We dont owe you any money. From the looks of things you are still getting a rebill or two... one and one half years after you stopped sending traffic.

Couple of interesting facts in this thread: He had all of 6 posts when he decided to share his thoughts about child porn.

He never initially denied that these girls were under 18 when given the chance in the beginning.

It took him 7 months to make up a lie that this was only one site (not a couple) and she was actually 18.

I know many will be sceptical and sit back and watch to see what is going to happen. I invite that.

Time will tell if we are on the right track or not. We know we are, but we dont expect everyone to see things the way we do.

Proof is in he pudding guys. If we are not paying people and if people are not getting there rebills it will be very clear and broadcasted all over the world in a matter of weeks, We know this will not happen.

Sales have tripled since all this new broke 8 months ago. Affilaites have been getting paid on time, everytime. Every last rebill has been paid also. We have over tripled our traffic since last Jan annd have grown every month since. Aug will be a record month for us. Right now, Aug 4th... we are only 200 sales behind what we did in July (last month) and our July was huge.

Like I said, my statement was not a "Im really sorry so send me your traffic" It was a sincere apology for mistakes made. If you dont want to send us traffic, cool, I totally understand. The people that are and have restarted with be the folks that prove our good intentions.

The only logical reason I can think of PornKings partnering with him in this fashion is for publicity... and he/they are getting lots of it.

Simply, because there are too many other programs out there with out a known cheat and scammer running the show.

Like I said in a previous post..He didn't want to have Jeffs name affiliated to anything even when Jeff was making posts about how sorry he was and explaining the mistakes that he made. Maybe it was a business decision but, I feel like you treat people no matter what ,how you would want to be treated in business and outside of it.

I met Jeff and he was a really nice guy. He made some business mistakes- You live and learn, right? No sense to keep bashing him.I know it is about principal now, I know how it is to keep at something just for the principal but, if Pornkings is so bent on making this thing work- they knew what they got into when they acquired PC- so why not settle the debts and lose the razors.
