We are a design company who designed his affiliate site. It was a hard way, he asked for many-many modifications and additional works, we didn't charge him 50% up-front, i wanted him to avoid additional fees and just send the payment all in one piece upon completion of the project. His payment option was wire transfer only, he said that, he had no paypal, neither epassporte, he refused to send the money via Western Union, nothing except the wire. We finished the project completely, we sent him all the pages cutted, fla file of the header. He promised to wire the money. And then he told that he wired it. After 3 weeks i still didn't get the money. I contacted my bank and asked about that, they said they never got the money from his bank account. I asked him to go to his bank and asked where they send the money, give my bank swift codes of the transaction to find where the money have lost. He promised to do that in the nearest days. Two weeks have past since he promised to solve this question, he don't reply to my emails, he's keeping silence on ICQ. So i should admit he fucked us up. I don't really know, did he send the money ever, or if he do sent it, why he can't solve this question, for us to get paid for work we've been working on for 3-4 weeks. He owe us 700 bucks.
