Correct me if i'm wrong here , but usually a paysite uses its own content for its design OR they use content supplied by the designer that holds a specefic license for use on so many domains etc / promo material etc..

So the designer should be pissed his designs are being stolen as well as the content being abused..

Although you have every right to be pissed , the designer is the one who should be throwing stones..


Unless of course the designer sold both of you the design..

otherwise you could buy a design off someone for $100 and sell it for $1 and make his designs worthless.
