    Does it matter if the ancient Egyptians were BLACK or WHITE?

    Why is their race such a monumental bone of contention? Would it be such a blow to the white European ego to know that Classical Greece was actually heavily influenced by black African refugees from Egypt?

          In the north of Egypt the people are (almost) white, the further you go south the darker their skin gets. So shut up, you know nothing.

                      That's the racial distribution NOW, jackass. It is a well documented fact that Egypt faced several Asian/Euro invasions due to its rich farmland.

                          Look at the heiroglyphics/temple paintings/tomb paintings that still retain their original paint. The ancient Egyptians were neither black or white...they were medium brown, and the fact that people argue about what color they were is ridiculous.

                                      Well from what i've seen of the wall paintings in teh pyramids a lot of them are really light even white like... But then again there was really dark ones also so i'm thinking that the mixing started a lonf time before the pyramids...
