Say I come across this girl or a couple girls and someone is interested in shooting them for content. Do I then charge a finders fee? If that is standard practice, what is the usual price? Is it based on the girl?

yes for sure you get something... i pay a flat fee sometimes, or i give a % of the scene price that the girl shoots
then a true pimp also takes a nice slice of her cut as well

Depends on the photographer, some have more than enough girls or take a day for streetcastings every few weeks others may not have so many girls.If the girl looks more than average good or wants to do porn shooting regulary be her agent and get a nice cut of her profits by getting her shootings (if you're able to do that).

Well the reason I ask is I have 3 girls in the hangar that want to do "something" with a photographer. I dunno. I will get some test pics and throw them around and if someone is interested I guess I can take it from there. I may end up just shooting some pics myself and building a few AVS sites.Comment

The normal rate that an agent in LA charges is $100 to the video company or the photographer, that's what I charge my clients for girls of mine that they shoot. I also will pay someone like yourself who brings girls to me who want to be in the business. I usually pay $500 for each girl you bring me to represent depending on what her limits are and how good she looks.
