its an aquired taste , i remember the first time i had a salmon sushi
the texture , the smell , taste gosh i was going to vomit .
Now i am used to it and luv it off

Couldn't figure out what's inside, but it has avocado on the top. They line all of the rolls up on their side and add the avocado, it looks like a green catterpiller when in full form.

See this is my problem, I have this crazy habit that when I eat something that makes me want to puke I don't eat it again. Especially when it has the world "raw" and "$50" in it. Maybe I'm just silly though.

Sushi to me, isn't an acquired taste -- Either you like it or you don't. But sashimi (basically, anything raw) is definitely an acquired taste. I used to dislike the texture and the though of eating something raw, but after forcing it down everytime my parents went out, I soon loved it.

Actually, sashimi really has no taste to it (it should have a very slight taste, but if you can actually taste the fish, it's not fresh).

It's an expensive cuisine though, as most people can't afford it - I love how people say they "hate" it when they've never tried it!

I adore most seafood, I'll eat it to near bursting......but I just can't do sushi. A food's texture is 50% of it's appeal to me, and I can't handle sushi's texture at all. It feels like cold slimy rubber-mush in my mouth, heheh.
