Kind of similar to Lensman's photo contest he had going on which he cancelled - though he did it not because of a lack of resources, but because he simply changed his mind.
You don't see any of those who participated in the photo contest sending him paypal bills.
So I suppose this is a way to announce I have not been taking traffic orders for almost a month now, every order that has come in has been refunded with an adequate explanation. All I or any of my clients can do is wait as things get fixed.
