    Turning old sites to blogs

    Hello all,
I hope you're not too busy with that racism post under mine, i think i can help some smart advice.
I have a whole lot of old PR=2-3 free sites, my last few successfull sites are blogs, you think it's smart to turn the old free site addresses to blogs as well? they hardly get any SE traffic and i'm considering a big renovation project. i'm thinking converting 10-15 of them to niche blogs.
the plus side is obvious, the incoming links will keep the PR high, it's easier to trade perm links that way, SE will pick the keywords quicker etc.
the negative side is that a lot of sites like dmoz and other dirs will probably drop them cause the descriptions won't match the site anymore.

if you loaded them up with content quick enough before they got re-spidered i dont' think it would hurt you, especially because they already have PR and are being spidered, the hard part is over, that is getting the SE to notice your blog

Pr2-3 is nothing, you might just replace those sites, unless they got some killer positions in the SE's...

Dmoz wont dump them for descriptions not matching.....which leads me to my next question..

Why change the themes or niches on them when they have dmoz listings, (strong anchor text) allready built in. Just put the same niche blogs on them.

Second thought you should sell the dmoz sites to me.
