I really don't see a big problem with Canabalism AS LONG AS they are not killing the person to eat them. But if they are eating fresh dead bodies... so be it.
Maybe you pre-sell your remains to Cannibals? When you die they could freeze you until your new owner can collect. Even better, they will part you and pack you and sell you off by the pound.
