I dont know why they are doing this. This is a (somewhat) huge hosting.
So im really using this server right. Yesturday it crashed, so im like damn cant use that shit anymore. But i just emailed the hosting company for a reboot - and they just did it.
"Reboot
Your system has been rebooted and appears to be pinging. In the future, you may reboot your server using the remote reboot functionality accessible through your xxxxxxxxxxxxx login (our billing system)."
I will be using this server for ever!
