Everyone, with a clue redirects some EU traffic to dialers. Its called geo-targeting and nearly every program does it. Most everyone has to... Credit card sales account for a very, very small portian of EU traffic and they also pose the highest fraud rates. Far higher then US, Mexico and Canada does. We geo-target some EU traffic so we can continue to offer the payouts that we do.
