how do you currently manage your 2257 stuff

im in the process of sifting through our entire content collection at the moment and although we have a pretty neat filing system in place for the 2257 documents currently it needs to be added to

presently we use have the following system in place..

printed documents for the license.. the model id.. and a black and white single print out of the first image in every set we have all stapled together and put in a folder with the providers name and set number written on them as well

is this going to be enough for the new 2257 regs or not

well we have that as a cheat sheet anyway

everytime a new site is built the url to it gets added to a list of urls on a peice of paper in each folder

You need to keep files by models real name and files by models stage name. they all need to be crossed referenced.

If you want some more specific info hit up [email protected] he is also doing 2257lookup.com and helping content providers and webmasters with this issue.

Does not sound like enough for the current regs...Let alone the new ones.
