USA's economic & monetary policy, little known, needs reform.

Are the income and social security taxes constitutional? Is there a law that requires most americans to file and pay an income or social security tax? What are the alternatives to the income and S.S. tax? Are the operations of the IRS legal? What are people doing about the seemingly unconstitutional tax and illegal operations of the IRS? As of 12/5/99 the information posted by subscribers to this forum are of widespread interest and relate directly to seven principle propositions now at the heart of our tax reform movement in America:

    1. In 1913, Secretary of State Philander Knox committed fraud when he proclaimed that the income tax amendment had been ratified by the required number of State legislatures; it was not properly or legally ratified.

    2. There is no law that requires most American citizens to file or pay an income or social security tax; that is, unless one's item(s) of income, as listed in the Internal Revenue Code Section 61 as: (a)

Compensation for services, including fees, commissions, and similar items;(b) Gross income derived from business;(c) Gains derived from dealings in property;(d) Interest;(e) Rents;(f) Royalties;(g)Dividends;(h) Alimony and separate maintenance payments;(i)Annuities;(j) Income from life insurance and endowment contracts;(k)Pensions;(l) Income from discharge of indebtedness;(m) Distributive share of partnership gross income;(n) Income in respect of a decedent; or (o) Income from an interest in an estate or trust comes from one of the following sources, as listed in the Code of Federal Regulations Section 1.861(f)(1), it is not considered gross income, and neither the empolyer nor the employee is required to file any forms or pay any tax on that income, be it the income tax, the social security tax or the

medicaid tax: (i) Overall limitation to the foreign tax credit.; (ii) [Reserved]; (iii) DISC and FSC taxable income (note: DISC is Direct International Sales Corp, and FSC is a Foreign Sales Corp); (iv)
