Can someone tell me if they changed it, cuz when I read it says

DESIGNED to beat ND not beats it, not better, not superior but DESIGNED like made to or we hope it does or will attempt to which is called competition advertising. Take what someone else does that works, try to make your better and put it out there. Just do not understand what all this lawsuit talk is if it always said designed to beat.

I dont think you can sue for that , like the pepsi challenge. Where they said how more people picked pepsi over coke or the miller commcial where the guys is running aganist the budweiser horse for who is the president of beers. But I do think its the first shot over the bow.

Papa John's lost in court against Pizzahut and had to stop using the slogan "Better ingrediants, Better Pizza" .. JUdge said .. the slogan is misleading and deceptive..
