You can't always see the gun from the front. Especially from that angle with a dark uniform, and a dark gun holster.
They only have to call a female officer if they want to pat you down. A male officer can put a female in the back of his car for transport.....been there, done that.
I have been in a cop car only once, and was smiling and joking with the cop the whole time. It was fairly entertaining. (For the record, I am not some kind of criminal. I was being transported to the DUI van for a test......passed with flying colors )
It is also VERY possible to be released on bail after a short processing. You don't ALWAYS have to see a judge to have bail set.
It may be real, and it may be fake, but at least come up with something true to defend your point. Everything is not the same in EVERY state, and EVERY city.

Not at all possible to be released on bail without having an arraignment. You have to be arraigned on the charges so that they ensure that you understand the charges before you are released. Certainly cops would scramble to an "indecency" call especially if there are cameras involved because they would assume that the subject in question would be worthy of being filmed half naked... but 10 minutes in the neighborhood and within that time the cops show up and arrest her?

It completely depends on the crime. Most jails have standard bail schedules which specify bail amounts for common crimes, so that someone arrested for something really "simple" doesn't sit in jail for 4 or 5 days on a long weekend. Also, it would be really crazy if EVERY person ever arrested had to go before a judge. It would probably back the system up way more than it already is. They are predetermined amounts, and bail can be made after processing.Comment

The only predetermined amounts that I know of are for some traffic related offences like jay walking or reckless driving where there is no accident involved. Maybe prostitution depending on the state but for a charge that is a misdemeanor and especially this one considering it's borderline bogus they would have to have an arraignment. I used to work at a police department and know who could bail out and who couldn't....

If it's a questionable arrest hence the term "borderline bogus" they would certainly want the judge to arraign her because if she was charged with a crime and it was bogus then she has every right to sue. If the judge decides at the arraignment that their is insufficient evidence to do anything further he will throw it out right there.

A lot of jails where you get nailed on Friday, processed, and if someone can pick you up that same day, you will be released. A court date will be set...

#1. Face of the officer is blured to keep me out of any more trouble.
#2. Memory card confiscated by the other officer was a 32mb card (with other non adult related pics) I switched out after they decided they wanted to see if the shoot was caught on film. I always carry an extra one now after reading a story one of the photographers here told about his stuff getting taken by an officer whie filming in a park with a permit.
