At the moment I think they are - but BT's 8mb is due to go live later this year so it should be available pretty much everywhere. I can't get Bulldog where I live so I have to make do with Pipex 2mb connection
To be fair though they offer an excellent service. Been with them for almost 2 years now and can't complain at all!
