                  umm... it is a little more difficult to have high GDP growth rate with the very ecomony that the US has (as compared to RU) - as well as control inflation at those levels.

                      Flat tax of aprox. 13% is a VERY good but unfortunately VERY unpopular idea.

                          I think the tax rate is not as important as what is considered profit. Most of us can multiply the last line times x% or look it up in the table. It is all the BS getting to the last line that makes US taxes hard.
