I got nothing tohide to I was like be my guest run your checks your wasting your time. Long story short i was in there for 3 hours. They come back uncuff me and say we apologize bla bla bla and so on.
Then i told em (i was really pissed at this point) you wasted your time with me a innoceent person while you let the terrorists right through? Good fucking job you guys are doing , we will stay in the US and so on... at this point they realized they fucked up and shit so they took my HEAT
So in short they can suck my dick.

As a white male, I can thankfully only imagine the predjudice that goes on (Unless Michael Moore gets HIS way of course).
Imagining for a second this happening to me, if it happened once, I think I'd laugh it off, UNLESS I missed a flight because of it.
If it happened regularly though, I'd either be used to it and not let it bother me or get more pissed each time it happens. As I said, thankfully I can ONLY imagine it.
However, like has been previously stated, IF I lived in Japan and there had been a rash of recent terrorists attacks by white males? I like to THINK that I could understand. I guess alot of it would have to do with the attitude of the people questioning me as well.

Sorry you had the problems, but in this day and age it happens. Canada doesn't hate anyone..take a look around we have everyone and thier brother over here.
Usually the only time something like that happens is if Customs officers have received word to look for a particular person.
Things work both ways though...I cross the border a lot and U.S. customs has put me through the ringer.
Examples:
My daughter is VERY shy, her last name is different than mine. While crossing the border the officer had her in TEARS because she demanded my daughter answer questions and the officer would not let me speak. She was only 7 at the time but was asking her questions like "who is the woman in the car with you" "is this woman trying to hurt you" "what is your birthday" "where are you going?" "where are you supposed to be right now?" "where is your daddy right now" Some questions were hard for her to answer, such as where her father was...she doesn't live with him...she had no idea....and she just started crying her eyes out...I would start to try to explain that she was shy, that she wouldn't know...and the officer was saying "will you SHUT UP, this GIRL is going to answer the questions and you are going to SHUT UP".
Mind you, I had her older brother in the car also, Passports and birth certificates for each of us. When it was all over about 30 minutes later...my daughter was crying so hard that she couldn't catch her breath...I had to pull over just to hold her for a while and calm her down....I asked customs "if you don't mind me asking why was all of this necessary? Did you have a report of some abduction or something?" Her reply "Lady, your last name is different than that of your children" My reply: Welcome to reality...have you never heard of divorce?
Or the time they pulled me into immigration and kept me so long I missed my flight. Why? My suitcase was too big. Yep that is right, they didn't like the size of my suitcase.
So border issues will continue to happen....I honestly don't mind because I guess they are just trying to do their job....I was only pissed at the treatment of my little one....because I felt helpless and she was so upset.Comment
