I'm currently setting it up at www.fetishphiles.com. I like it a lot, and the support has been great so far. The programmer installed the program for me, and I haven't had a bit of trouble yet. I'd recommend it.
FYI: You need to be comfortable with CSSLo, though I walk through the valley of the Shadow of Death, I shall fear no Evil...For I am the Shadow, and this is my valley...and who might YOU be?Comment

the existing templates are heavily CSS, primarily for text/link formatting. If you wanted to you could do new templates from scratch and use the supplied code to call the PHP scripting. More a matter of personal experience and preference on that, but you could do it either way. I keep the original templates on file locally so I can refer to the defaults whenever I need to.Originally posted by Groove

Becoming our client you will get:
1. ICQ Support - any questions that was described not clearly in manual.
2. On-Demand free installation. I'll install it to your server. If you have some custom (non-standard) requirements to site structure - welcome to ICQ.
3. Possible consulting how to deploy your project.
4. I can tune templates with your design, or even make absolutely ready-to-use LL. But this kind service is not free (my time=your money).
5. All other features are here
Mostly all link lists using our software are unique in design and site structure due to templates flexibility. There are about 35 LL running on XPL engine today.
XTC Max is right. You can use or not use CSS in templates. You can use or not use everything in templates. hahahahahahahahahahas, counters, phpadsnew rotator codes - doesnt matter. You can use ANY HTML/hahahahahahahahahaha/VBScript code in templates.
