File -> MPEG tools -> Merge&Cut
Than take the output file into the main menu, and change the bitrate (video&sound) under settings... A bit confusing, but works fine

http://www.boilsoft.net/ try that one .. its all menu driven for ease of use and you just define the sizes and amount of segments you require, as an end product.SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.Comment

Down in the middle of the main-screen...
Put the movie-file you cutted before into the "video-source" and than edit the settings...Comment
