John I just downloaded the free month trial.
When trying to launch the app gets caught in a constant loop

Newer version of software is available, beginning upgrade process
...updating software
<repeat until fade>
it just goes round and round like this...to the point where I had to reboot my pc
can you shed any light on this please?
