We recently finished a contract with a client and don't have enough work to keep his 3 employees on. So I am putting the offer out to anyone that was thinking about outsourcing or needs cheap Full-Time staff.
Because we are going to have to let them go if we don't find another client I am more than prepared to offer their services as a much lower rate to start off.
There are 2 php/java/javascript/mysql programmers and 1 html/flash web designer
Usually we would ask for about 1500 euros/month for the 3 of them, however we would be willing to do a very reduced rate if someone were to hire them. They were all skilled staff to begin with but we've really been training them a lot over the past 6 months in those areas, so there is no need to worry that their skills are sub-par. Also if you just needed a designer but not the programmers that is fine. The ONLY stipulation is that it can not be work where they deal directly with porn, not only is it illegal to produce porn in India but these guys are all religious(as most people in India are) and they would probably quit before working on a paysite design for example

We have a full office not some basement with programmers working. Everyone comes together every day for set hours of 10 am to 8 pm, 6 days a week.
I myself am a liaison between our clients and the office manager. We have a North American Branch for our US and Canada clients for the money transfers(allows us to accept many online payment methods as well as wire transfers to our US bank accounts). So how it would work would be that you would have an team manager over in India who you would communicate to directly and he would communicate your wishes to your employee's in the office.
