as you pay $60 per approved design this does mean you will have a lot of designs for a bargain right? Does this also mean you won't pick a winner if you think there is no winner?

A few clarifications:

What exactly is required?

The only requirement is that the page should look like it was made by an amateur.

No content required, no specific site name, no nothing ...

All that counts is how creative you are in creating a fake "My Homepage" of a webcam girl ...

Who will be paid?

In this contest no winner is chosen. Everybody who posts a design and gets approved wins.

If you post just one design you get $ 60. If you post 5 designs you make $ 300 .. It's that simple
