Why would it be crappier?
It's no longer a 'soviet' country. As far as I know it's relatively safe, clean and cheap.

Take your laptop with you (if you have one). Take a 3 week 'vacation' in tallinn. Check into a hotel with high-speed access, continue work as usual there.
See if you like the city/country after 3 weeks and make your decision. No point in rushing in blind.

you don't loose any of these (ok maybe the gf, but if she's the choosen on it'll last). They are just one flight way and with moder internet you'll be able to camchat, call dirtchap etc.

And you don´t have to be in norway to design pornsites. All you need is a laptop and a modem and you do your work anywhere in the world. If the salary is good - I say: go for it!
