Designer Contest - I'm giving away $ 1500

What I'm looking for:
- I need amateurish looking webpages
- It should look like it was made by a normal girl ("My Homepage" style)
- It should be just one page, no complete site
Rules
- I will pay $ 60 per approved design
- I need 25 designs in total
- Payment will be sent by PayPal or ePassporte
- Multiple entries are permitted
- This contest ends 30th June 2005
