Under the settlement, PayPal will pay $9.25 million into a settlement fund, to be held in an interest-bearing account. apparently if youve had a dispute 50>over u can claim it and get your money back. for anyone who hasnt had any sort of dispute and just been a plain jane member period you can still sign up for the class action suit, which means, 9.25 mil or some shit gets divided up by how many people who sign up - you can get anywhere from a penny to a couple bucks. so yea, not worth the bother unless paypal has put holds on funds or fucked you out of alot of money. just go to paypalsucks.com to check it out - itll explain it all there.___
