MailWasher: Stop spam with MailWasher anti spam software
It does wonders for me.
I used to receive hundreds of spam mails per day to the address of one of my paysites. With mailwasher, you can see the messages on the server, have friendlists, blacklists, etc..
It takes me less than 30 seconds every time I check my mail to delete the garbage and dowload to my mail client only what I want.

Samspade is a good site (it was down when I checked it yesterday). Find some info on dnsstuff.com too.
Heres a simple idea. Foward EVERY email you get from the person to the sponsor rep who's dodging you, CC'd to all 6 abuse contact emails from those nameservers, lol..
When the spam stops, your emails stop.

Once you have that account, whenever an email pisses you off, you just forward it to them, without comment. They automatically find out the origin of the email and whether that IP is a notorious spam haven. Then they send a complaint to the host master of that IP
If repeated often enough, this should bring enough heat to the sender to make him stop. Unless he is using exploited surfer computers & their dial-up/DSL linesComment
