Best thing I did was read and read, then I waited for the right deal and bought a established TGP with decent amout of traffic. I've made my orginal investment back over and over again. In fact that one site is making more money now per month, than what I originally paid for it.

Everyone always says buy traffic, well unless you know what you are doing you will be lucky to make your investment back. I say again read, read and read some more, until you know what to to with that money on your own.
