They wouldn't be freesites if they're listed with CA. If you mean traffic from the actual CA links, they'll get a little but you really need to send your own. Even though it's sort of frowned upon, upsells are really what you want.
If you mean traffic from linklists that list AVS sites, then no, they'll get hardly anything from those but it will help with PR and search engines.
