I am starting to exersize now and starting a regular balanced diet. I used Atkins to drop the first chunk of weight. Now I am going to a healthy diet.

Well in december I weighed 290

I currently weigh 240

So 50lbs total now.

Here is me at the height of weight in my life. Needless to say I have changed a bit. Vegas 2004 pic ahead.

The clothes are still a bit tight so they dont look 100% right. But when I get to the right size I'm sure they will look fine. Im happy with them now
