As for peeing, there is spray you can get that is a bit of a deterrent. They are a handful. You should see if you have a doggie day care out your way, we have one here and it's great. I hear ya about the jumping, Precious does that all the time, always in your face.
Get a book and read up on him
And obedence school is good to, although, it may not have worked for you ;)
