the brazilain dood is highly skilled though. he uses his own weight to perfection. the timing between the mount and the arm lock was almost flawless. if it wasn't because of that wall he would kicked his ass much faster.
i swear to god brazilian jiu jitsu is the only way to train. my level of confidence has increased 10 folds since i started training this year at Jean Jacques Machado's gym in Tarzana CA. lost about 20 pounds in 3 months... training 5 times a week. this shit is almost addictive.Comment
