BVF I have to say from what I heard before I had to turned it off(kids walked in), you have gained my respect. Telling fathers to tell their kids they love them, I can not agree more. I am in my 40s now and my dad has only told me less then 10 times my entire life time. I know he does and he has explained that thats how he was raised. In his mind, showing any emotions or affection is something men should not do. I understand and I do not hold it against him.
Now its my turn to be the father. My kids are 13 and 15 and I have made sure I have told them I love you at least once every day since the day they were born. I also make sure they get a hug.
