The facts prove me to right, it's over 40 years since a side without European based players won the WC. Or are you saying playing the LA "whoever" and the NY "whoever" week in week out compares with playing against teams like Man U, Inter, Barcelona, Bayern?
It's inevitable that nearly ANY national team will have players based in Europe (there are very few that don't, i can't even think of any right now)

This has nothing to do with their ability to win world cups. I just think it's silly when people go on and on about how European football is superior to all other football. You don't think they can get the same intensity playing teams from countries such as Brazil, Argentina, and Uraguay to name just a few?

You've obviously never seen a game of South American football! These games are far more intense than the stuff you'll see in English football. English football is far more laid back and easy going. South American football is fast paced, and intense. It's more fun to watch. The only reason people don't seem to know this, is that the coverage is utter bullshit. How often do i get to see such a game, hardly ever =\
