              i have seen more than one kid eat shit on public roads on these.

              i saw a chick, no older than 14, totally get taken out, she was darting across an intersection, car pulled out, she was down.

              these things are made to watch people fall/die/eat shit on.

              ill laugh everytime, i dont care the age, dont ride them in the street. if parents by them for ids and let the kids lose, whos fault is it? let them all get hit.

                                      Nothing worse than a fat kid riding around on a powered scooter with a bag of chips in his hands....

                                          yeah they looked cool when i saw them online, then some kid rode by my house in one and it was louder than a harley. they are annoying as hell. what ever happened to bikes you had to pedal? no wonder kids are so fat now a days.

                                                                              Super Pocket bikes are 49cc which falls under "scooter" Street legal

                                                                              They have all Turn signals Horn brake lights to be "street legal"

                                                                              You can't register them or get a tag.

                                                                              If I am not mistaken its like section 401-405 ordaing them as "loop hole" They are trying to make them iilegal for good.
