Global Dialers, yeah if you want to invest money in something, I have several business plans that will generate a lot more than 12% return, more like 100-1000% per year. Some less than $15k, some more.

I actually have a business plan for a mainstream company, the type you take public. Initial costs around $100k, includes hiring several employees, marketing, and accounting, legal, etc required to setup a company planning to go public
