Is that image compliant? That depends on whether or not you have the 2257 docs for it all filed properly. The image itself was part of an explicit hardcore shoot and as such, cropping the image as you have done does not make it immune to any 2257 requirement of the past, present, or future.
I suggest you stick to what it is that you know best......Er...Shit...Maybe that's not such a good idea either.
