            I'm glad you love your house...renovating it will give you such a sense of pride. I have torn apart a previous home and made it look brand new..damn...was so proud of it.

                    It's laminate. $1.29 sq/f

                    We have real oak wood on floors now, but with gf being rpegnant and me not wanting house ful of dust, we opted to cover it in laminate for time being instead of sanding and resealing
