Before you charge back ... ASK the guy what he is doing.
Seriously.
Tell him to write out a list of the WAYS he is SEO'n your site. Then come back to this thread, and copy and paste that shit here, and you will know quickly if he is at least semi-legit.

Hire Swami for 3-4 hours. Have him spend half his time optimising your site and the other half teaching you how to do ongoing SEO for yourself. You could also buy a PR6/7 link from Swami for a couple of months so that you can arrange some high PR link trades. Once you have some good trades in place you will no longer need Swami's paid link.
Swami is a genuine SEO expert and he will not rip you off

He's actually working on the site, I had to straighten him out on a few things, and I gave him 30 days, and he has also promised to give me my money back should I not see results. So..now I just play the waiting game.Comment
